Refund policy

Please contact us in the first instance if there is a problem with your order.  If you would like to return an order, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Please note that personalised items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original payment method. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-­refundable.
